From his humble beginnings in Nainital in 1986, Mr. Deepak Matiyali's journey is a story of grit, resilience, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Arriving with little financial support and limited resources, Deepak began by teaching small children to cover his basic needs. His determination soon led him into the hospitality industry, starting as a room service executive and steadily learning the nuances of customer service and hotel management. This invaluable experience paved the way for his first entrepreneurial step—a small taxi service.

Through his leadership, dedication, and strategic expansion, Deepak grew his venture to include the highly-regarded Manas Lake View Guest House in 2009, a notable success in Nainital's hospitality scene. By 2015, he had expanded his fleet and hotel network, establishing Manas Group in 2017—a name now synonymous with trust and quality in Uttarakhand's tourism industry. His company has since catered to over 1,50,000 tours and more than 1.2 million travelers, attracting esteemed clients like Veena World, Kesari, and Akhil Bharat.

In recognition of his contributions, Deepak now serves as Union Secretary of the Taxi Association for the Kumaon Region, advocating for the welfare of his peers and the industry. With over 25 years of experience, Deepak continues to be a driving force behind Manas Group's success, now leading its expansion into a new five-star property set to redefine luxury in the region.
